Amazing friendly customer service for booking and the actual service of our 2 Yamaha. Very professional and a thorough service. We are so impressed with the level of attention provided and the communication pre and post service. We will be recommending to all our friends and we will definitely use SKI MD again..

I would recommend Kevin's service to anyone that owns a jetski. He is probably the most honest man I have ever met. He is all about what is best for you and how you can save money and that made the experienced with him feel like he values you as a customer and is not all about making money. I will keep using him for as long as I can.

Thanks for the amazing service! It was great to watch & learn the finer aspects of a comprehensive service whilst Kevin kindly explained it all in detail, that gave me 100% confidence in the service provided. Issues were addressed efficiently that had not been picked up by other providers in the past which could have cost even more in the long term. Very pleased with the outcome and can’t wait to enjoy a better performing machine.

I was really happy with the work that Kevin did for my Jetski. When he did it he talked me through what he was doing (he didn't mind me watching and asking dumb questions) and talked me through his recommendations for servicing, cleaning, and overall jetski health. He did a great job and I will always use him for my jetski work going forward. Thank you very much Kevin and Ski M.D.

Excellent job done and very helpful even when we had an issue at the ramp, Kevin was able to troubleshoot it straight away and we were able to get out fishing. Overall 5 star service and good value.

I had a problem with my SeaDoo that just never seemed to get fixed properly. It got to the point I didn't enjoy my ski any more! I made a couple of phone calls to Kevin, then took the ski into him and he sorted it quickly. I'm wrapped with the service and professionalism I recieved. I highly recommend Ski MD and Kevin.

After hearing the stories of people who have been charged big money for a service and then finding out half the work wasn't actually done, I asked several people whom I trust "who do you use?". Kevin's name came up repeatedly, and now having had him service my ski and after talking to him at length, I can totally recommend Ski MD. Kevin and Cathie live, sleep, breathe jetski's, and what they don't know about every model isn't worth knowing. Great, honest service!

The I purchased a new Seadoo in January which had electrical problems. Ski MD quickly got it sorted. It was also running rough so Kevin completely removed and lubed up the drive train and it now runs a lot quieter. Don't assume because it is new it will be ok. I would recommend you pop in with the jet ski - ESPECIALLY NEW ONES - because you never know!
