Terms & Condition of service
Mobile servicing
Location requirements:

Your jetski must be inside a garage, shed, or carport.

A minimum of 1 meter clear each side & behind the jetski. If it is locked to a fixture, make sure the clearance is correct.

Suitable location access; our service vehicle is not a 4WD, normal van width and standard van height.

Close access to the jetski for our service vehicle.

If there is a failure to meet location requirements listed above without prior approval we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will be charged the minimum fee ($300).

You do not have to be present if Kevin can get access to the garage/jetski and you are available by phone to answer any queries.
Prior preparation:

Disconnect your battery charger a week prior so we can get a true battery health reading.

Remember to leave your DESS key (Seadoo) or remote (older Yamaha) so the jetski can be started.

Let us know if you are having any problems with your jetski as we may need to allow extra time/parts and it helps get to our next customer on time. You must advise if your jetski is not going.

If you need to cancel your booking, let us know at least 3 days in advance.
Payment & service records:

Your invoice will be sent to you by email within 24 hrs of the service. Please check your Junk inbox if you don't receive it. You will need to print it and keep it with the owner manuals.

If you have any questions about the service or repair notes, please let us know. We are happy to explain in further detail in non-mechanical jargon!

Payment is strictly within 7 days from the invoice date by internet banking.

All parts remain the property of Ski M.D. Ltd until paid in full. Interest of 2% per month & collection fees will apply to overdue invoices.
Your booking acceptance becomes automatic agreement of these terms and conditions.
Workshop bookings & servicing
Drop off and Pick up:

Drop off and pick up is by prior appointment.

Jetski’s not collected within 10 days of invoice date without prior arrangement, will incur storage fees of $7 per day. After 10 days, the jetski may be moved to outside storage, at owners’ risk.
Prior preparation:

If an appointment cancellation is required, let us know at least 3 days in advance.
